Wir sind zu langsam. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass wir Vieles schneller könnten – ohne Überstunden oder Mehrarbeit, wenn wir nur die viele Bürokratie weglassen könnten. Entscheidungen dauern lang. Die Freigaben ziehen sich hin. Anforderungen bleiben lange offen – es gibt wenige Personen die wirklich Verantwortung übernehmen und Dinge entscheiden.

We are too slow. I have the feeling that we could do a lot faster – without overtime, if we would just leave out the bureaucracy. Decisions take a long time. The release approvals drag on. Requirements remain open for a long time – there are a few people who really take responsibility and decide things. We could do better.
